Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Below we set out our shipping, returns and refund policy.
Shipping
Items are currently dispatched to the UK, Europe, U.S, Canada, Singapore and Malaysia (KL). If you would like us to ship to another location please get in touch here.
The time your order will arrive depends on where you are located and the delivery option you select.
UK
Items purchased should arrive within 1-2 working days with premium delivery or 3-4 working days with standard delivery.
EUROPE, UNITED STATES, CANADA, SINGAPORE and KUALA LUMPAR
Items purchased should arrive within 3-7 working days (Europe) or 5-12 working days (US, Canada, Singapore and Kuala Lumpar). For quicker delivery please select the premium delivery option.
Shipping costs do not include custom fees and local taxes that may be payable in your country. The customer is responsible for paying any custom fees, taxes or other duties on items ordered.
Please note shipping times are estimates and there can be custom related delays which are beyond our control.
Returns & refunds
Did you know that when you buy an item like cloths from a store, it could have been bought by another customer first, returned to the store and then resold to you? We never resell our products from one customer to another. We classify the products we sell as personal care goods. We want the highest level of hygiene for every customer and would never ask customers to send orders back to us. We guarantee that each customer is the only customer to have received a product.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Because the items we sell are personal care goods we can only provide a refund if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
We will not process refunds if delivery of items was not accepted due to customer’s failure to pay customs or other duties applicable in the country of delivery. Where items are unclaimed by customs, orders may be (a) resent on the payment of a new delivery fee or (b)refunded minus the delivery fee and any applicable admin fees, once the item has been returned to us by customs.

Please note we cannot process refunds if you have not requested a refund within 28 days of receipt.
